2010 EVENT SCHEDULE

ALL SHOW VEHICLES MUST PICK UP REGISTRATION PACKETS AT BEACHCOMBER THIS YEAR 17101 FRONT BEACH ROAD, ALL VEHICLES MUST BE REGISTERED BEFORE ENTERING FRANK BROWN PARK, DUE TO TRAFFIC REGULATIONS....

PLEASE NOTE Due to our Insurance Policy, no golf carts allowed, 4 & 3 wheelers, go carts or any type of personal carriers on grounds. This also includes bicycles. If your handicap and have an approved handicap card and scooter this will be permitted. We will have a scooter rental service at the front gate for those that need to rent a scooter. There will also be a NO PET policy on grounds of the event. Thank you for your understanding ECC.

12pm til 4pm Registration opens at Beachcomber. 17101 Front Beach Road, Panama City Beach Florida 32413. Registration will be located next door to Beachcomber.
10am til Sea Breeze Health Care Cruize. Were Doing it again Come Join us as we brighten up some really special people and make there day.

6pm til 10pm Karaoke Sandpiper Beacon Beach Resort All invited


TUESDAY NOV 9,

10am -4pm Event Registration and Pre registration pick your packets onsite next door to Beachcomber Hotel 17101 Front Beach Road.
9am til 5pm Vendor set up Frank Brown Park.
4pm til Sunset cruize to Pineapple Willy's Entire lot dedtcated to Hot Rod Parking Big Cruize-In.
5pm Live Concert featuring Terry Brock vocalist for "Kansas" "Molly Hatchet" & "Lynard Skynard" Huge act dont miss this show! Cruizers Parking So bring your Hot Rod. Don't miss your chance to sign up Become Queen & King of Emerald Coast Cruizin 2010. Winners will be crowned and receive $100 Pineapple Willys tab and huge welcome basket.Drawind Saturday at 8:30pm at Pineapple Willys.

6pm Doors Open Pineapple Willy's "Elvis and Friend Show" by Bill Brooks. Entire Lot for Hotrod and Show Cars Parking. Get signed up for the King and Queen crowning $100 tab and Huge welcome Basket giving out here on Saturday night.
6pm til 10pm Sandpiper Beacon Official Welcome Party Tiki Lounge Beach Side will be Jammin with Live music band!Join us early huge drink specials happy hour 4pm til 7pm Peel & Eat Shrimp and oysters from 4 til 10pm.Free Hod Rod Punch from 9pm til 10pm for all registered participants show your wrist band.There also playing the past years event video on there huge outdoor screen.

THURSDAY NOV 11
7am Gate opens for vendors Frank Brown Prk
8am - 5pm Registration Beach Comber, Show and Shine. Frank Brown park opens to all. Our Event MC spinning the oldies, vendor midway,Thousands of Cars on display, Swap Meet, Car Corral ,much more!
6pm Flame Throwing Competition All new for 2010 a real crowd pleaser held at Hammerhead Freds { If you have flame throwing set up on your hotrod let us know get in the competion 662 587 9572} Grand Prize a "Vacation Get Away in Panama City Beach" also stay for "Elvis Show at HammerHead Fred's. by Bill Brooks

7am Vendor Gate opens
8am til 5pm Registration Beach Comber, Show and Shine Frank Brown Park. Our MC Spinning the oldies, Vendor midway, Food, Kiddy area, Car Corral, Swap meet, Lots of door prizes, and much more!
11am til 2pm.Cruiz-In Block Party Hammerhead Freds corner of Thomas Drive and Joan Ave in Mellow Mushroom and Hammerhead Freds Lots.
4;30pm Huge Parade down Front Beach Road to the Beach concert at Sharky's Beachfront Restaurant.
6pm Doors open for the Big "Beach Fest Concert" Featuring Two Great Country Music Artist TG Shepard and T Graham Brown. Concert will be right on the beach in front of Sharky Tiki Bar.Band starts at 8pm.Do not miss this great show!
